Services

We provide the services described on our site and in any proposal, invoice, or enrollment confirmation. Specifics of each engagement are governed by the agreement made at enrollment.

Messaging

Cancellation & refunds

Cancellation, tier-change, and refund terms are listed at the time of enrollment and on any service-specific confirmation.

Liability

We are liable for the services we deliver. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, except as required by law.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version in effect at the time of your enrollment applies to that enrollment.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the state in which JME primarily operates, unless otherwise required.
